About Our Products
All of our figurines are handmade from carefully selected materials. Each piece is crafted with love and attention, making every item unique and special. Since we do not produce items in bulk, some products may only have a single piece available, or may temporarily be out of stock. These items are marked in our webshop under the “Available for Order” category, and pre-orders are possible.
Materials and Care
- The figurines are mainly made from soft, high-quality yarn.
- They are stuffed with hypoallergenic filling.
- To clean your figurines, we recommend hand washing in lukewarm water with mild detergent. Do not rub or twist them; let them dry naturally.
Sizes and Customization
- Figurines vary in size, generally between 10–25 cm.
- Looking for something unique? Some figurines can be customized with specific colors or accessories upon request.
Purchasing and Shipping
- Our products are available at craft fairs, farmers’ markets, and through our online webshop.
- Orders are carefully packaged to ensure the figurines arrive in perfect condition.
- Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, though custom orders may require a longer timeframe.
- Important: Since we regularly attend fairs, some products may be temporarily out of stock in the webshop. We always indicate the stock status on the product page.
Gifting
- Our figurines make perfect gifts for both children and adults.
- For special occasions like birthdays, name days, Christmas, or baby gifts, we can also provide custom gift packaging.
